{"id":2105,"date":"2023-08-22T15:58:27","date_gmt":"2023-08-22T15:58:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.shade.sh\/?p=2105"},"modified":"2023-08-22T16:58:23","modified_gmt":"2023-08-22T16:58:23","slug":"wardriver-rev3-shade-mod","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.shade.sh\/index.php\/archive\/2105","title":{"rendered":"Wardriver Rev3 Shade Mod"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>You may already know the Wardriver.uk Rev3 from <a href=\"https:\/\/wardriver.uk\">wardriver.uk<\/a> i modded the Case, Software and removed the GSM Module and added the 5GHZ BW16 Module with IPEX.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Summary:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Added Support for 1.3&#8243; I2C 128x64px Display with the Adafruit compatible SH1106 library.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rearranged the Text to fit the bigger display.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Added the BW16 IPEX Module for 5GHZ WiFi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Added a bigger (25x25mm) ceramic GPS antenna<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Modded the 3D printable case to house the GPS antenna and the 5GHZ antenna<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You can find most of the changed hardware on Aliexpress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You&#8217;ll find the modified software on my <a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/Shadesh\/wardriver\/tree\/master\">Github<\/a>, keep in mind the software is not polished for the moment. I try to be in sync with the original wardriver.uk Firmware.
